Site 106 is conveniently located just a few steps away from the Lazy River pool area and laundry facilities, providing easy access to all the fun and excitement of the resort. It also has close proximity to the entrance of the park, clubhouse, exercise room, indoor pool, and hot tub, ensuring that you have everything you need to enjoy your stay.
Please note that guests will receive one propane swap out with the rental of the site for fire pit use. Any additional propane for the fire pit will be charged at $30 per tank.

The site was perfect, though the weather was too hot to enjoy the hot tub as much as we'd have liked! The kitchen was perfect and 106 has TONS of seating, which is something we are always short on when traveling with friends. We spent countless hours in the lazy river and want the same one in our backyard. See you next year, and thank you for a third wonderful stay at BV!!

This is our second stay. We always feel like family here! Our site (106) was in the perfect spot, had the perfect layout, and really went over the top with the hot tub/pool combo! We love the employees and always meet a ton of new friends. We will be back, hopefully soon!

It was absolutely wonderful! We loved our site, the lazy river, the beach and had some delicious seafood! The only thing we didn’t like was having to leave! We are already looking at our calendar for our next visit. Thank you so much for providing such a beautiful RV resort!

The site is wonderful. Pool and tv made me stay outside all day. Michael and Andrew are great. Andrew helped when moving over to 107. Getting things to help me get in/out of the 107 spa. Hoping it has a walk in bar and steps next year after the maintenance.

Buena Vista is my happy place. I go there and don't want to leave the resort, not to mention my favorite spot #106 has all you need to enjoy your own special vacation with it's private pool, hot tub, outdoor cooking area and fire pit. I can't wait to go back in two weeks. Also love spot # 2 if # 106 is not available.. I would stay in any spot at the Resort, it is awesome..
This spot was fabulous! We have 2 young children that loved the lazy river and the slide. They also loved having the pool on our site for early morning swims. The jellyfish in the ocean was a bit of a bummer because it was too warm to sit on the beach, but the access to the beach was great! I do with there was a sidewalk to cross the busy 4 lane road, but overall it was one of the best spots we have ever been to! And we will definitely be back!
