Every lot at this resort is great…but Site 100 is special.
Relax with family and close friends outside: enjoy sitting around the fire pit. Spy diverse fauna and wildlife as you gaze at Gulf State Park, which immediately borders this site. Watch the sunset, notice the professionally moonlit landscape, and then marvel at the stars.
The covered living area (one of the largest in all of Buena Vista) is equipped to be an entertainer’s dream boasting a grill, cooktop, sink with hot water, and a fridge…everything is there for you to make drinks, serve simple appetizers, or prepare gourmet multi-course meals.
Everyone will be comfortable. Whether your party includes young children or grandchildren, or you’re traveling with a more mature group, there’s seating galore: barstools, a full dining table, custom-designed living room chairs and a sofa are at your disposal. If it’s cloudy, enjoy the big game on the 65 inch television. And don’t worry about wind or rain, because the custom automatic sunshades make this a true four-season locale.
When you retire to your motor coach, your guests will enjoy the Studio: a comfortable suite with couch that converts to a queen bed, XL twin loft for the little ones and a full private bath. The custom-tiled walk in shower is large and inviting for even the pickiest travelers.
If you’re able to tear yourself away from Site 100, you can enjoy all of the resort amenities: clubhouse, fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, lazy river, water slide, and a dog park for the furry family members.
Minutes away from this stunning oasis, you can enjoy meals to satisfy any craving, walk the paved trails through the State Park, and discover the nearly endless opportunities to explore the beauty of Orange Beach.
Whether it’s beaches, mini golf, or shopping, Orange Beach has something for everyone, and Site 100 is the perfect place to call home while you visit.

A Few Things to Know Before Your Stay:
• Studio is pet-free, so furry family members are not permitted inside the studio.
• The stated sleeping capacity applies to the coach house only and does not include guests sleeping in the motor coach.
• RV pad check-in: 1:00 PM
• Studio access: 4:00 PM
• Guests receive one complimentary propane tank per propane-powered amenity on the site. Additional propane tank swaps are available for $30 per tank.

We stayed for a week in July. This RV resort is not like anything we have ever stayed at before. It is stunning! So clean. So much space. Both the staff and residents were incredibly nice. The lazy river was the best!! There is easy access to the beach. Can't say enough great things about this resort!!

Thank you all for the July 4th Party, which was also my birthday party! It was a lot of work on a very hot day, but everyone was pleasant and the food was great! Also, my wife said "Thank you" for the updated laundry room! Not our first time to stay and it won't be our last!

Always enjoy our stay!! Wonderful resort and love site 100. The newly added shades are wonderful. Great outdoor living space with lots of room and beautifully appointed furnishings. Love the bar overlooking the state park. The bedroom and bath are also very nice. Everyone from staff to owners and renters are great!

Spot was private. Very clean and comfortable. We had a deer visit us every night. Park was great. Quiet at night. Staff very helpful. Restaurant suggestions would be Zeke's, The Gulf & Mike's steakhouse.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Buena Vista, especially our site. It was an ideal location within the resort, with just a short walk to the lazy river and state park trail. The site is well appointed with plentiful seating and space for relaxation. We loved the fire pit area, and enjoyed the morning views of the sunrise from the state park. Our evenings were spent under the expansive patio grilling and keeping up with our favorite college football teams on the outdoor TV. We’re so thankful to have this beautiful place to visit, and will definitely be back!
