Welcome to Site 22 Pad, one of the newest luxury additions to Buena Vista Motor Coach Resort in beautiful Orange Beach, Alabama. Perfectly positioned in the center of the resort, this site offers easy access to the lazy river and nearby resort amenities while providing the privacy and comfort you deserve.
The outdoor living area is designed for both relaxation and entertaining, featuring a cozy firepit with four chairs —the perfect spot for unwinding under the stars. The covered pavilion is thoughtfully equipped with an outdoor kitchen that includes a grill, cooktop burner, sink, and mini refrigerator, along with generous seating options such as barstools, a full dining table, a comfortable sofa, and two wicker rockers. A large 65” smart TV completes the space, making it ideal for outdoor dining, gatherings, or game nights. A full bath with a custom-tiled walk-in shower adds convenience and luxury right at your site.
For additional space, guests can reserve the coach house (available at an additional cost). This charming suite includes a leather queen sleeper sofa, swivel chair, wall-mounted TV, and a private bathroom with shower—perfect for visitors or for those seeking extra comfort and flexibility during their stay. If you wish to use the 1-bedroom coach house during your stay, please use the other listing on the site that includes both the pad and the coach house.
Guests at Buena Vista Motor Coach Resort enjoy access to all resort amenities, including the clubhouse with fitness center, indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor lazy river with water slide, and dog park. The resort also connects directly to Gulf State Park’s scenic walking and biking trails, offering endless opportunities to explore the natural beauty of Orange Beach.

Very nice, clean and comfortable place to stay! Love that it’s limited to only class A and Super C motor coaches. The spots are very spacious, clean and the landscaping is very nice and comfortable. Will definitely come back.

Stayed here last 2 week of February and really enjoyed our visit. Rhonda and all the staff were so welcoming and made us feel right at home. They hosted a terrific cookout with burgers, hot dogs and all the fixings while we were there at the lazy river, and while it was too cool to get in the water, it still provided a wonderful atmosphere. The resort is conveniently located close to everything Gulf Shores has to offer; sites are more than spacious and well maintained, and we really enjoyed the indoor pool. It’s a bit pricey but you get what ya pay for and we’ll definitely return!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Oversized sites, impressive roads and walkways. Too cold to use outdoor pool and lazy River but took advantage of indoor heated pool and hot tub.

We love Buena Vista. It is a beauful resort with lots of amenities. We try to stay here at least once a year or more.
Our family loved BV for spring break! The lot was super clean and looked awesome. The pools were both fantastic, and the hot tub was amazing. And the close proximity to all the biking paths was great. We will be back!!!
