Welcome to Site 46! This beautiful site offers plenty of space for your motor coach, complete with full hookups and utilities for an easy and comfortable stay.
One of the highlights of this site is the spacious outdoor kitchen and living area, perfect for making the most of your time outdoors. The kitchen is equipped with a grill, sink, two-burner cooktop, and mini refrigerator, making everything from morning coffee to evening cookouts a breeze. Enjoy meals around the outdoor dining table with seating for four, or settle into one of the two comfortable gliders and relax.
When the sun goes down, gather around the fire pit with seating for four—the perfect spot to unwind, enjoy a drink, and spend an evening outdoors with family and friends.
As a guest of Buena Vista, you’ll also have access to an array of resort amenities, including our outdoor pool with lazy river, indoor heated pool and hot tub, clubhouse, fitness center, pickleball, dog park, and more. The resort is adjacent to Gulf State Park, offering miles of paved trails perfect for walking, biking, and exploring.
Whether you’re grilling dinner, relaxing by the fire, spending the day at the pool, or exploring Orange Beach, this site offers the perfect place to settle in, slow down, and enjoy the Gulf Coast lifestyle.

Our stay and site was great. Front desk staff was great.Will be back
The outdoor kitchen served us well. Our first night grilling the propane tank under the grill ran out and in less than 10 minutes someone came out and swapped it out for us. Great service and friendly staff. The in ground garbage bin is right in front of site 46 making it super convenient to put trash out. Staff are constantly driving golf carts around emptying them as well during business hours. The RV pad was perfectly level. Plenty of room for our 38ft Newmar and toad. Will definitely be back to rent in Buena Vista.
