Welcome to Site 49, one of the newest additions to Buena Vista Motor Coach Resort. Centrally located within the resort, this site offers convenient access to Gulf State Park at the end of the street.
The outdoor living space features a firepit area with four comfortable chairs and side tables, perfect for relaxing under the stars. The covered outdoor kitchen and living area is well-appointed, offering a burner, grill, sink, mini refrigerator, and ample seating, including counter stools and a full dining table. The living area is designed for privacy and comfort, featuring new furnishings and a 75" TV.
An outdoor shower provides a convenient way to rinse off after a day at the beach—perfect for both guests and furry companions.

For additional living space, rent the 1-bedroom coach house, which includes a twin-over-queen bunk, a desk with a TV, a bathroom with a shower, and a washer and dryer, making it an ideal option for additional guests or a private office space.
Buena Vista Motor Coach Resort is a premier destination offering a luxurious and comfortable experience. This site provides ample space for your motor coach, complete with full hookups and utilities for a stress-free stay. Guests at Site 49 enjoy access to the resort’s clubhouse with a fitness center, an indoor swimming pool with a hot tub, and a lazy river. Additional amenities include a dog park and nearby access to state park walking trails.
Located just steps from the pristine beaches of Orange Beach, the resort offers easy access to a variety of water sports, fishing, and boating activities.
