Welcome to Site 49! The outdoor living space features a firepit area with four comfortable chairs and side tables, perfect for relaxing under the stars. The covered outdoor kitchen and living area is well-appointed, offering a burner, grill, sink, mini refrigerator, and ample seating, including counter stools and a full dining table. The living area is designed for privacy and comfort, featuring new furnishings and a 75" TV.
An outdoor shower provides a convenient way to rinse off after a day at the beach—perfect for both guests and furry companions.
For additional living space, rent the 1-bedroom coach house (additional cost), which includes a twin-over-queen bunk, a desk with a TV, a bathroom with a shower, and a washer and dryer, making it an ideal option for additional guests or a private office space.
Buena Vista Motor Coach Resort is a premier destination offering a luxurious and comfortable experience. This site provides ample space for your motor coach, complete with full hookups and utilities for a stress-free stay. Guests at Site 49 enjoy access to the resort’s clubhouse with a fitness center, an indoor swimming pool with a hot tub, and a lazy river. Additional amenities include a dog park and nearby access to state park walking trails.
A Few Things to Know Before Your Stay:
• RV pad check-in: 1:00 PM
• Guests receive one complimentary propane tank per propane-powered amenity on the site. Additional propane tank swaps are available for $30 per tank.

Enjoyed this beautiful resort. Very spacious roads, lazy river was perfect. Site 49 was comfortable and convenient. Had everything we needed. The outdoor shower was a nice touch for sand removal after a day at the beach. Looking forward to returning!

We absolutely didn't want to leave. Our stay was so relaxing and we love the location of our happy place on site 49. Nice central location close to park trail access etc. Appreciated the privacy in the covered living area and all the furnishings!

We loved our stay at Buena Vista site 49! It’s located in the middle of the park, close to the State park trails. The covered, outdoor kitchen space was both private, and comfortable. The entire resort is so peaceful and we enjoyed the lazy river and pickleball. Will be back to our happy place soon!
