Welcome to Site 49 Studio at Buena Vista Motor Coach Resort!
This beautifully designed 1-bedroom studio offers a perfect retreat in the heart of the resort, with convenient access to Gulf State Park at the end of the street. Thoughtfully furnished for comfort and functionality, the studio features a twin-over-queen bunk bed, a dedicated workspace with a TV, a private bathroom with a shower, and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer.

Step outside to your private covered outdoor kitchen and living area, designed for both relaxation and entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with a burner, grill, sink, mini refrigerator, and plenty of seating, including counter stools and a full dining table. The adjacent living space offers a 75” TV and cozy, modern furnishings, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.
Enjoy evenings by the firepit area, complete with four comfortable chairs and side tables. Plus, an outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off after a trip to the beach or a day exploring the outdoors.

As a guest at Buena Vista Motor Coach Resort, you’ll have access to top-tier amenities, including a clubhouse with a fitness center, an indoor pool and hot tub, a lazy river, and a dog park. The resort is just moments from the white sandy beaches of Orange Beach, with easy access to water sports, fishing, boating, and scenic walking trails.
Note: Guests receive one complimentary propane tank swap for the fire pit. Additional propane is available for $30 per tank.
