At the heart of the property is a beautifully appointed two-bedroom coach house, featuring a king primary suite, queen guest bedroom, two full bathrooms, built-in bunk beds, designer furnishings, and refined coastal finishes. Every detail has been carefully considered to create a sophisticated yet welcoming home-away-from-home.

Outside the exceptional experience continues. A private heated and chilled resort-style pool with stunning infinity-edge water features and an elevated champagne spa anchors the expansive outdoor living space. Surrounding the pool are thoughtfully designed areas for lounging, dining, entertaining, and relaxation.

The well-appointed pavilion serves as a true extension of the home, featuring a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with grill, pizza oven and refrigerator, spacious dining and lounge seating, multiple televisions, automatic retractable screens, and radiant heaters. Whether enjoying morning coffee, gathering with family and friends, or unwinding after a day on the Gulf Coast, the pavilion provides an unparalleled setting for outdoor living twelve months a year. One of Site 68's most distinctive features is the custom stepping-stone pathway that traverses the pool's sun shelf, creating a dramatic connection between the coach house and pavilion.

Whether you're enjoying a quiet morning beside the pool, gathering around the fire bowls at sunset, or exploring everything the Alabama Gulf Coast has to offer, Site 68 delivers an unforgettable combination of privacy, comfort, and resort-style living. 

This exceptional property is also one of the few coach house sites within the resort that welcomes pets indoors. Up to two dogs, each weighing 30 pounds or less, are permitted with prior management approval, allowing the entire family to enjoy this remarkable retreat. To help maintain the quality, cleanliness, and enjoyment of the property for all guests, pets are not permitted in the pool at any time. Guests will be required to acknowledge and agree to this policy as part of the rental agreement.

Site 68 is also available as an RV pad-only rental and may be found on the "Site Rental" tab under "Deluxe Sites." Pad-only reservations include exclusive access to the private pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, and outdoor living areas. Coach house accommodations are not included with pad-only reservations.

As a guest at Buena Vista Motor Coach Resort, you’ll enjoy access to premier resort amenities including a clubhouse with fitness center, indoor heated pool and hot tub, outdoor zero-entry pool with lazy river and waterslide, pickleball courts, fishing lake, fenced dog park, and direct access to the Gulf State Park trail system with more than 29 miles of paved biking and walking trails.
