Welcome to Coach House #71! This beautifully designed one bedroom/one bath coach house, paired with the adjacent parking pad for your motor coach, offers comfortable accommodations for all. It reflects a beach cottage design and is thoughtfully furnished for comfort and functionality, including an in-unit washer and dryer. There is a king bed in the master bedroom and a fold out sofa. Step outside to your stunning covered patio/entertainment area, outdoor kitchen and beautiful in-ground heated pool, all designed for both relaxation and entertainment. You can enjoy the beautiful surroundings and breathtaking sunsets while cooking and hosting gatherings with ease.
This coach house sits on the largest and most private lot in the Resort, right next to the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail cutoff—over 28 miles of scenic, paved trails through Gulf State Park and the cities of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. Enjoy full hookups and utilities for a hassle-free stay, plus plenty of parking space for your coach, car, and golf cart. The entire yard is also fully fenced—a unique feature in Buena Vista and perfect for guests traveling with pets. The beautifully landscaped yard creates a relaxed and inviting atmosphere.
While staying at Buena Vista Motor Coach Resort, you’ll have access to a range of amenities, including a lazy river, fitness center, and an indoor swimming pool with a hot tub. The resort’s prime location is just feet away from the pristine beaches of Orange Beach and footsteps from Gulf Shores State Park.

A Few Things to Know Before Your Stay:
• Furry family members are not permitted inside the coach house.
• The stated sleeping capacity applies to the coach house only and does not include guests sleeping in the motor coach.
• RV pad check-in: 1:00 PM
• Coach house access: 4:00 PM
• Guests receive one complimentary propane tank per propane-powered amenity on the site. Additional propane tank swaps are available for $30 per tank.

This is definitely one of the nicest parks that we have been to in over 12 years of RV'ing. Having the house and private pool to enjoy was amazing and our daughter loved the lazy river. We will be back!

This was our 2nd stay at Buena Vista. We are local but we enjoy a quick weekend getaway, and this is the place to come. All amenities are kept up nicely. We had a couple of questions that the on-site host took care of immediately. Lot 71 in my opinion is by far the best lot in the resort! The cottage is sooo cute! Has everything you need for your stay and more. I loved it. We enjoyed the pool and it was super convenient to have a huge fenced in yard for our fur-baby. The only negative is the sand spurs that myself and our dog did pick up. I only put this in here to make one be aware some areas could have them. So, if you're looking for a Great RV Resort, look no further. And Lot 71 is a must.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Buena Vista! Great location and close to restaurants and attractions not to mention the beautiful Gulf of America that is across the street. The site we stayed in had its own Casita and private pool. It was amazing! We also snuck off to the lazy river and really enjoyed that. The front office staff was also top notch! We will definitely be back.
