Welcome to Site 99 at Buena Vista Motor Coach Resort, home to one of the longest pull-through RV pads in the resort! Designed with larger motor coaches and ease of access in mind, this exceptionally spacious site offers plenty of room to pull in, settle down, and enjoy your Orange Beach getaway.
One of the standout features of Site 99 is its extra-long paved pad. Whether you’re traveling with a trailer or simply love having extra space, this site gives you plenty of room to spread out and relax. Depending on the combined length of your motor coach and trailer, the site may accommodate both directly on the RV pad, potentially eliminating the need to disconnect and relocate your trailer. Additional parking on Lot 99 provides even more space for vehicles or visiting guests. With or without a trailer, the generous size of this site makes it an excellent choice for a comfortable stay.
Site 99 also offers a beautiful setting directly along Gulf State Park, providing added privacy, peaceful natural views, and gorgeous sunsets. The entrance to the State Park is conveniently located on the same street, making it easy to head out for a walk or bike ride and explore miles of paved trails.
The site includes full hookups and utilities, along with a counter-height outdoor table and four comfortable chairs—a perfect spot for morning coffee, outdoor meals, taking in the sunset, or simply relaxing at the end of the day.
During your stay, you’ll have access to Buena Vista’s resort amenities, including the outdoor pool with lazy river, indoor heated pool and hot tub, fitness center, pickleball, clubhouse, dog park, and more. The beautiful white-sand beaches of Orange Beach are also just minutes away.
With its exceptional length, convenient pull-through design, extra parking, beautiful State Park views, added privacy, and spectacular sunsets, Site 99 offers an ideal setup whether you’re traveling with a trailer or simply want the luxury of a little more room.

Excellent property and staff. Highly recommend a stay here. We loved our site 99 because it backed the gulf state park. Rode Ebikes for miles right from our site. Had a great time at the NYE party hosted by the owners. YMCA bingo was fun and catered food was excellent. Resort is directly across the street from the beach.

We enjoyed our stay at BV 99! It is a HUGE lot with a pull through RV slot which backs up to the nature park! Everyone at Buena Vista is so friendly and accomodating! The lazy river was wonderful, and we enjoyed the beach as well several days! It was easy to get to the beach, especially with the EZ Breezy Wagon you can rent from the office! That motorized wagon is the BOMB!
We recently stayed at Buena Vista on Site 99, and I can't say enough wonderful things about our experience! From the staff to the other guests camping there, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming.Site 99 was absolutely perfect for what we needed. We loved having a pull-through site, and the views from both sides of our motorhome were beautiful. On one side, we looked out over a peaceful natural wooded area, and on the other, we had a gorgeous view of the pond and palm trees.The site also has a table and chairs outside, which was perfect for enjoying a meal together, and there was plenty of room to comfortably park two vehicles in addition to our motorhome.The pool was wonderful, the campground was beautiful, and we truly enjoyed our entire stay. We will absolutely stay at Buena Vista again, and we especially loved Site 99!
